Payment & Fees
All fees are payable via bank transfer or Revolut at least 24 hours prior to each session. If you prefer to pay with cash, inform Tatiana and you will be able to pay on the day of your appointment. While psychological services are not currently covered by the public health system, many private health insurance providers (e.g. Irish Life, VHI, Laya) offer partial reimbursement—please check with your insurer for details. A receipt will be provided after each session to support any claims.

Cancellation Policy
Online or in person sessions
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Please note that missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. Refunds or rescheduling are only available in accordance with this policy.
Clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointments and payments. Reminders are not sent, so attendance remains your responsibility.
