I am a chartered counselling psychologist specialised in treating trauma, eating disorders and obesity.

Warmth, kindness, and care are at the heart of my practice. I a scientifically based intuitive therapist, attuned to people's emotional needs and unique experiences.

I help my clients to develop self-compassion, motivation and growth, overcoming barriers that hold them back.
The warm and empathic relationship that we build together allows pain to unfold and the healing to begin.

All Parts of Me
Being a psychologist is a huge part of who I am, but like you, there are other parts of me that form my identity. I'm a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend and a pets' mummy.
This constellation of parts carry an inner wisdom and an ability to evolve with each life experience.

Having lived through traumatic situations, I can fully comprehend the debilitating effect that trauma has on us. My training and personal therapy have given me the tools to heal and to help others. We all have an innate capacity to heal from within and I invite you to take the first step in your healing journey.
