All Parts of Me

Being a psychologist is a meaningful and central part of my identity—but, like you, I am many things. I’m a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and a devoted carer to my pets. Each of these roles shapes how I see the world and connect with others.

This rich constellation of life experiences brings with it a deep inner wisdom and a capacity for growth. With every challenge and milestone, I continue to evolve—and this evolution is what fuels my approach to healing and therapy.

My professional training, combined with my lived experience, has equipped me with the tools to support others on their journey. I believe we all carry the innate ability to heal from within. If you’re ready, I invite you to take that first step.

It is my life mission to facilitate healing through a trusting relationship and authentic connection.
